Lidl Italy, one of the most important players in the large retail food business in Italy, after the huge success of the Christmas special 2015 “Lidl We Love Christmas”, continues its promotional campaign using Esimple augmented reality to support the special booklet dedicated to fitness “Lidl Sportflyer”.
A free augmented reality app, “Lidl Sportflyer.”, has been distributed as free download on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, providing content and tips for the Christmas period.
Thanks to the application, based on the robust EsimpleAR engine, users from all over Italy can discover the contents of the app simply framing the booklet, which was printed and distributed free of charge in all Lidl stores in Italy.
Video recipes and fitness videos appear from the printed page and come alive on the screen of your smartphone or tablet, providing you with exciting contents thanks to augmented reality.
The app is a free download for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android (smartphones and tablets).
